3. Intellectual Property: All designs, code, and content remain our property until full payment. Paid clients gain rights to final deliverables. We may showcase work unless agreed otherwise. Clients may not redistribute our IP without permission.

4. Cookies & Tracking: Used to improve site experience and analytics. Users may disable cookies, but some features may not function.

5. Security: Data is stored securely with encryption and access controls. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Client Rights: Access, correct, or delete personal info. Withdraw marketing consent anytime via [your email].

7. Children: Services not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect minor data.

8. Terms & Conditions:

• Services: Web design, development, branding, start after signed proposal and payment.

• Payments & Cancellation:

  • Cancel before 14 days: 20% fee; remainder refunded.

  • Cancel within 14 days of start: no refund.

  • Company cancellation: full refund.

• Revisions & Scope: Limited per proposal; extra revisions billed. Delays from client materials not WV Web Design’s responsibility.

• Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate info, timely responses, access to accounts.

• Liability & Warranty: Liability limited to total paid; not responsible for indirect damages. 30-day bug-fix warranty included.

• Governing Law: West Virginia and U.S. federal law; disputes handled in WV.

• Amendments: Terms may update; continued use implies acceptance.
